Shipping Info

Packages are sent from the Czechia and should arrive to their destination via national mail carrier.

Currently, I usually send packages out once a week. If you are in rush or have any questions, feel free to contact me!

All of the packages are currently sent out using an untracked shipping option. In my experience it is both cheaper, simpler and very reliable.

In case of sending outside of the European Union, destination country may subject the package to additional customs and taxes that are left to be paid by the customer.

Once the package leaves the country of origin, I cannot issue a refund in case the package gets damaged or lost.

I'm currently working on setting up the tracking option for the shop. In the meantime please visit my Etsy instead for the tracked shipping option!
